For your convenience, our team will bill your insurance company and track your claims. If you have had any changes to your insurance plan since your last visit, please keep us informed. Most insurance companies we work with respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any cost not covered by your insurance is your responsibility at the time of treatment.

• Check or Credit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

• CareCredit: We offer outside financing through CareCredit. CareCredit is a healthcare credit card available to help you handle a deductible or pay for any treatments and procedures not covered by your insurance. Some cases may allow up to 12 months of interest-free financing. You can apply online (www.carecredit.com) or during your next visit.
